Physiotherapist
Greg is an experienced Senior Physiotherapist, with post graduate training in casting, sports injury, dry needling and Clinical Pilates. He is also the Practice Principal and Clinical Director of Physical Edge Healthcare.
University Training
Greg completed his Physiotherapy degree at Otago University (Dunedin, New Zealand).
Past Work Experience
He has over 15 years’ experience working in Private Practice as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Since graduating his career has taken him to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and back to Australia. Whilst working in the UK, Greg developed rehabilitation programs for hip, knee and shoulder joint replacements. Greg has worked with various sports teams including Illawarra Rugby, Wollongong Tech Waratahs and University of Wollongong Rugby Clubs. In addition to working with top athletes, he also treats people who are suffering from chronic and degenerative conditions.
Treatment Approach
Greg focuses on an evidence based approach that facilitates patient mobility, effective breathing, strengthening and conditioning.
Special Clinical Interests
Greg has a strong interest in spinal, shoulder, hip and knee rehabilitation and has developed an ACL rehabilitation program specific for the iPhone.
Personal Interests
In his spare time Greg enjoys surfing, swimming and sneaking to the snow. When not at work, he can often be seen floating around the shores of the northern suburbs.

Erin is a Physiotherapist with postgraduate training in Clinical Pilates, Sports Physiotherapy, Dry Needling and Women’s Health Physiotherapy.

Erin graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Past Work Experience
Erin has worked in private practice and on field with various sporting teams.
She has worked with the Canberra district NEAFL team and local soccer and rugby teams across her career as a physiotherapist.

Erin appreciates and understands the importance of personalised rehabilitation for every individual, including group physiotherapy sessions.
Special Clinical Interests
Erin has developed a passion in working with physically active individuals looking to achieve their goals. Erin’s main area of interest in Clinical Pilates is postural alignment and correcting poor lumbo-pelvic control which can contribute to overuse injuries. Also trained in Women's Health, Erin has a passion treating bladder and bowel, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post-natal issues. She also enjoys treating spinal, knee and soft tissue injuries as she understands the limitations they cause having undergone two knee surgeries herself. As a result, she is passionate about returning clients to their pre-injury and sporting lifestyle as quickly as possible.
Personal Interests
In her spare time, you’ll see Erin playing touch football, hitting the beach or curled up with a good book.

Jack is a qualified physiotherapist.
University Training
Jack has completed a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong.
Past Work Experience
Jack has several years of experience as a sports trainer, assessing and managing on-field injuries, with numerous soccer teams from the junior elite level to senior amateur levels. He has worked as an intern at an elite-level junior football academy, assisting players through their rehabilitation journey and helping them achieve goals that focus on a safe return to sport/performance following injury. He also has experience working in a private practice setting as a receptionist/physio aide, assisting physiotherapists in the management of clients’ presenting with a diverse range of injuries or conditions.
Treatment Approach
Jack has a passion for developing tailored rehabilitation plans, with each individual person as he understands the importance of finding what works best for the client. He strives to use evidence-base practice to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Special Clinical Interests
Jack has a particular interest in injury reduction/prevention and returning to performance in sports. He also has a strong passion for assisting people with developing goals and working collaboratively with clients’ to help them achieve these goals.
Personal Interests
Jack is an avid surfer, and much of his spare time is spent in the ocean or on the beach. In the colder months it’s not surprising to find him swapping out his surfboard for a pair of skis. Having lived overseas and spent many hours on road trips, he welcomes any suggestions for adventure! He also loves saying hello to dogs!

Emily is a qualified general Physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
University Training
Emily graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through the University of Melbourne.
Past Work Experience
Emily has worked in private practice settings treating and managing musculoskeletal issues and Women’s Health clientele. She has also previously worked in a physiotherapy practice treating and managing NDIS clientele.
Emily has several years’ experience working with the Western Australian Football League and Australian Football League umpires along with local football and Gaelic football teams.

Emily believes in taking a holistic approach with her clients to ensure they receive the best care possible.
Emily ensures she uses the latest evidence based practice and also recognised the importance of an individualised treatment plan for each individual as no two people are the same.
Special Clinical Interests
Emily has a special interest in Women’s Health treating bladder and bowel issues along with pre-natal and post-natal issues. Emily also has a special interest in clinical Pilates for injury management and prevention.
Personal Interests
In her spare time, you’ll see Emily exploring the areas bush walks, at the beach watching her partner surf or attempting to surf herself and cooking.

Charlee is a qualified Physiotherapist
University Training
Charlee is a Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates and Yoga instructor. Charlee graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours.
Charlee takes an evidence based approach to rehabilitation utilising movement as medicine. She understands the mind body connection taking a considered and holistic approach to each and every client.
Charlee has a keen interest in soccer related injury and has experience working with a range of amateur & elite sporting teams (Melbourne City W-league, Bulleen Lions NPL, Langwarrin NPL ).
This combined with her own experience as an elite soccer player, and love of the outdoors / general wellbeing has inspired Charlee to develop a passion for helping people of all ages achieve their physical goals, improve wellbeing and create positive change.
In her spare time you will find Charlee surfing, meditating or in the Yoga studio.

Dietitian & Nutritionist
Sara is a PhD qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian (AdvAPD) and author.
University Training
Sara graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) and Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1995. In 2014 Sara also completed her PhD with research focused on dietary patterns and dietary change in weight loss.
Past Work Experience
Sara has worked for well over 20 years providing medical nutrition therapy to clients from a broad range of backgrounds, in both individual and groups settings. She has authored a text book with colleagues, titled Food, Nutrition and Health. Sara is an Honorary Fellow, lecturing regularly at the University of Wollongong.
With additional qualifications and experience in communications, public relations and marketing, Sara also manages the Grains & Legumes Nutrition Council, a small, research driven not for profit education business.
Treatment Approach
Sara strongly believes that the foods people choose to consume are very important to health and through an individual session, Sara helps people to eat better and feel better.
Special Clinical Interests
Sara’s particular interests include paediatric nutrition, early feeding, pregnancy and antenatal nutrition.
Personal Interests
She’s an inspirational Dietitian, and an excellent cook, focused on foods in season.

Remedial Massage Therapist
Emma is currently on maternity leave and will return May 2024.
Emma is a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT).
University Training
Emma graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, as well as a Certificate 4 in Personal Training and 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
Past Work Experience
Over the past 2 years Emma has grown a private customer base throughout the Wollongong area, providing remedial massage, mobility training and yoga classes.
Treatment Approach
She is highly specialised in working on problem areas using a variety of massage and relaxation techniques combined to release tension and increase muscle strength and mobility. As Emma is also a yoga instructor and mobility coach, she incorporates all 3 skills to her treatments to deliver the best results.
Special Clinical Interests
Emma specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger-point release, muscle energy techniques, posture analysis and corrective exercises. Emma believes all injuries are unique to the individual and targets her treatments to the individuals needs to restore the client back to optimal health and posture.
Personal Interests
Emma’s interests include yoga, hiking, lifting weights and travel. She also enjoys being up-side down while hand-standing, getting salty in the ocean and finding the best coffee in town!
