Greg Jones

Greg is the Practice Principal and Clinical Director of Physical Edge Healthcare and a Senior Physiotherapist with over 15 years of private practice experience. A graduate of Otago University, his career has spanned New Zealand, the UK and Australia — working with teams including Illawarra Rugby and the UOW Rugby Club, and treating everyone from elite athletes to those managing chronic and degenerative conditions. Greg takes an evidence-based approach with a strong focus on spinal, shoulder, hip and knee rehabilitation.

Away from the clinic

You'll find Greg surfing, swimming or sneaking off to the snow — and more often than not, floating around the shores of the northern suburbs.

Erin Brighenti

Physiotherapist / Women's Health Physio

On maternity leave from July 2026
Focus

Erin is a Physiotherapist with postgraduate training in Clinical Pilates, Sports Physiotherapy, Dry Needling and Women's Health Physiotherapy. A graduate of the University of Canberra, she has worked in private practice and on-field with teams including the Canberra district NEAFL team and local soccer and rugby clubs. Erin believes strongly in personalised rehabilitation and has a particular passion for working with active individuals — with clinical interests spanning postural alignment, lumbo-pelvic control, Women's Health, and spinal, knee and soft tissue injuries. Having undergone two knee surgeries herself, she brings a personal understanding to injury recovery and getting clients back to the lifestyle they love.

Away from the clinic

You'll find Erin playing touch football, hitting the beach or curled up with a good book.

Eike Prehn

Physiotherapist

Eike is a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Hochschule für Gesundheit (University of Health) in Germany, and over 4 years of experience in personal training and strength & conditioning. His background spans private practice and on-field soccer support in Germany, giving him a strong foundation in sports-related injury management and rehabilitation. Eike takes a tailored, evidence-based approach with clinical interests covering spinal, foot, knee, hip and shoulder rehabilitation — for both people in pain and those looking to optimise their performance.

Away from the clinic

Eike enjoys training, cycling, beach walks and playing soccer. He's a passionate supporter of 1. FC Köln and loves spending time with his dog.

Zoe Cohalan

MPhty, BSc(ExSci), M.A.P.A.

Physiotherapist / Women's Health Physio

Zoe is a Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Science (with Distinction), along with postgraduate qualifications in Women's Health Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy and Dry Needling. Her experience spans sports trainer roles, hospital-based, community and private practice settings. Zoe takes a compassionate, hands-on and evidence-based approach, with clinical interests covering sporting injuries, injury prevention and return to sport — as well as Women's Health Physiotherapy, supporting women through pre-conception, pregnancy, post-natal recovery and pelvic floor concerns.

Away from the clinic

Zoe loves travel, adventure and keeping active. You'll find her running, at the gym, in a Pilates class, out hiking or hitting the ski slopes with her friends.

Allied Health

Dr Sara Grafenauer

BSc(Nutr), MSc(Nutr & Diet), PhD

Dietitian & Nutritionist

Focus

Sara is a PhD-qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian (AdvAPD) and author with over 30 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy across individual and group settings. A graduate of the University of Wollongong, she co-authored the textbook Food, Nutrition and Health, leads the Masters of Nutrition, Dietetics & Food Innovation program at UNSW, and manages the Grains & Legumes Nutrition Council. Sara's clinical philosophy is simple — the foods we choose are fundamental to how we feel, and she works with each client to help them eat better and feel better. Her particular interests include paediatric nutrition, early feeding, and pregnancy and antenatal nutrition.

Away from the clinic

Sara is an excellent cook with a focus on seasonal produce — which, for a dietitian, feels just about right.

Kirsty Snowden

Remedial Massage Therapist

Focus

Kirsty is a qualified Remedial Massage and Spa Therapist and member of ATMS, with over 15 years of experience in the natural health industry. She graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2007, completed advanced Bowen Therapy training in 2015, and holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics from Endeavour College of Natural Health. Kirsty's therapeutic approach draws on remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage, Bowen therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and nutritional medicine principles — all aimed at reducing pain, easing tension and restoring balance. She has a particular passion for preventative care and supporting women through their pre and postnatal journeys.

Away from the clinic

Outside the clinic, Kirsty is a proud Illawarra local who loves exploring the beaches with her family, cooking, Pilates, yoga and weight training — and can often be found walking her black labrador around town with a coffee in hand.

Emma McNair

Dip. Massage Therapy, Cert IV Fitness, M.A.M.T.A.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Focus

Emma is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT), holding a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, a Certificate IV in Personal Training and 200 hours of yoga teacher training from the Australian Institute of Fitness. She has built a strong private client base across the Wollongong area, specialising in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques and corrective exercises. What sets Emma apart is her ability to blend massage therapy, yoga instruction and mobility coaching into a single, results-driven treatment — tailored to each individual's needs.

Away from the clinic

Outside the clinic, Emma can be found doing yoga, hiking, lifting weights, travelling, handstanding or tracking down the best coffee in town — and getting as salty as possible in the ocean.

Administration

Behind every great clinic is a great team keeping things running. Cali Pusell, Sarah Brown, Ellie Killick, Olivia Spring and Sarah Faulkner are the friendly faces and voices that make every visit to Physical Edge feel seamless — from your first booking to your last appointment. And keeping our space looking as good as it feels, Genevieve Brody takes care of our garden.
