Getting Started

No referral is needed to book a physiotherapy appointment — you can book directly online or by phone. A referral is only required if you're claiming through Medicare (e.g. an Enhanced Primary Care plan) or DVA.

Please bring any relevant scans, reports or referral letters, a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing that allows easy movement of the area being assessed.

Initial consultations typically run for 45–60 minutes, allowing time for a thorough assessment and the start of your treatment plan.

Fees & Health Funds

Yes, we have HICAPS on-site so you can claim your rebate instantly at the time of payment for most private health funds.

Yes — we accept Medicare Enhanced Primary Care plans, DVA Gold and White cards, and WorkCover / icare claims. Bring your referral or claim details to your appointment.

Clinical Pilates & Classes

Yes, a one-on-one initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists is required before joining a class, so your program can be tailored safely to your body.

Our Clinical Pilates classes are kept small — a maximum of four people — so you get genuine one-on-one attention throughout.
