If your social medial algorithm is similar to mine, I am constantly bombarded with 'infulencers' telling me the best way to improve injuries, build muscle, maximise gains and achive your best. As there is so much information out there now, it is often getting harder and harder to find the 'right exercise'.
Now the benefits strength training are not new. The more studies focusing on strength training in adults, the more the results are set in stone.
Your body is constantly changing and adapting to the stresses and strains you put on it. Do less and you get weaker and often stiffer. Do more and you will build muscle, strength and often reduce your pain levels.
Creating stronger muscles will enable them to perform at less maxiumum output for normal daily activities and then normal tasks can become easier.
