Physical Edge Healthcare Thirroul - Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic was born to pursue a passion for empowering people to lead healthy, fully active, functional, and pain-free lives.
Greg completed his physiotherapy training at Otago University (Dunedin, New Zealand). He has also studied post graduate courses in sports injury, clinical Pilates and dry needling. Since graduating over 13 years ago his career has taken him to New Zealand, the United Kindgom and back to Australia. He has worked with various sports teams and top athletes and also with people suffering from chronic and degenerative conditions. Greg has a strong interest in spinal, shoulder and knee rehabilitation and has developed an ACL rehabilitation program specific for the iPhone®.

Jess is an experienced Titled Sports Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor. Having worked extensively for over 10 years in a vast array of clinical settings ranging from private practice to travel with professional athletes and teams around the world, she enjoys applying her knowledge to those wanting to get the most out of an active lifestyle. Jess is currently the Movement Specialist for the GWS Giants AFL Team, heading their resilience program combining clinical pilates, yoga, gymnastics and breath training techniques for optimal movement efficiency.
Jess is also an accredited provider to the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia and NSWIS athletes, and travels with the Australian Sailing and Snowboard Teams. She was Team Physio for Australia’s ski and snowboard park/pipe athletes at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, and has experience working with the ASP and WQS surfing tours in Hawaii. Jess’ own active background combined with her extensive clinical experience enables her to use a holistic approach to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal ailments. She has a special clinical interest in spinal, hip, groin and pelvic problems, shoulder and knee pain, clinical pilates, and dry needling.

Emily has completed a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong and a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Emily is a trained Clinical Pilates Instructor and has a passion for developing individualised active rehabilitation programs. Her clinical interests include the rehabilitation of lower back and knee injuries, core stability and post-natal strengthening.
Emily has experience in aged care, with a particular focus on the education and management of arthritis, stroke, joint replacements, fractures, and rotator cuff tears, as well as the implementation of programs for balance and falls prevention.
Emily has a special interest in sport rehabilitation and injury prevention, particularly in relation to dance and gymnastics. Emily herself has a strong dance background in ballet and other styles. She studied dance at Classe Dance Academy and The McDonald College completing all Royal Academy of Dance examinations. Knowing first hand of the pressures put on young dancers; Emily enjoys educating and developing self-management and injury prevention strategies for those completing their dance journey. She is familiar with the Tertiary Dance Council screening tool and incorporates Pilates, core stability and a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Dietitian & Nutritionist
Jacqueline is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with a Masters of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation from the University of Wollongong. Since graduating in 2010 she has provided medical nutrition therapy to clients from a broad range of backgrounds, in both individual and groups settings.
